Portables pH-Meter für Fleisch - HI99163
Designed to bring simplicity to pH testing of meat products, the HI99163 Meat pH Meter is engineered to withstand the tough environment of meat processing plants. The specialized FC2323 probe features a PVDF body, conical tip with stainless steel blade, and open junction making it ideal for the measurement of pH in meat processing.
- ±0.2 pH accuracy
- Comes with all the necessary solutions and batteries- everything you need to get started measuring right away.
- Specialized electrode for spot checking the pH during meat processing.
An on-screen indicator provides visual confirmation that your probe is working at its best.
Low Battery Indicator
The included batteries provide 1200 hours of continuous use. When the battery level is below 10%, a warning symbol will blink to indicate low battery condition. When low battery power may affect your results, the meter will shut down to avoid erroneous readings caused by low battery level.
The auto-off feature can be set to shut the meter off at 8 or 60 minutes, or it can be disabled so that the meter continuously stays on. The auto-off feature prolongs battery life for peace-of-mind and energy savings if the meter is accidentally left on.
Built to be Durable
Designed to withstand the knocks, drops, and spills of real life, the new IP67 body ensures top performance in any environment. These meters are protected against dust and water intrusion from any direction.
Made to fit comfortably in your hand for on-the-go testing, the multilevel LCD display provides at-a-glance readings of pH and temperature from any angle and dual button operation streamlines the testing process for any user.
Quick Connect Probe
A Quick Connect DIN connector makes attaching and removing the probe simple and easy. The rubber coating protects the cable and provides a water-tight seal without twisting.
Your measurements require detailed attention; so should your electrode. The HI99163 Meat pH Meter features a replaceable FC2323 probe that has been carefully designed specifically for the pH analysis of meat and muscle.
Conical Tip with Stainless Steel Blade
The conical shaped tip design allows for direct penetration into meat and meat products. The stainless steel blade is razor sharp for easy piercing into meat and other semi-solids while protecting the glass bulb.
Open Junction Reference
The open junction design reduces clogging from materials found in meat products for a more stable pH measurement and reduced maintenance.
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a durable plastic that is resistant to most chemicals and solvents used for disinfection in the food sector, including chlorine (bleach).
We believe that buying a meter should be simple. Your Meat pH Meter is equipped with everything you need for successful testing right out of the box.
pH 4 & 7 Buffer Sachets
When performing a pH calibration it is important that the correct buffers are used. We include some start buffers to get you going. The single-use sachets are individually sealed so you use fresh buffer each time you calibrate.
Grease and Fats Acid Cleaning Solution (2)
Your Meat pH Meter comes with cleaning solution that has been engineered to keep your electrode free from oils and protiens found in meat and meat products. This concentrated combination of detergents cleans your pH electrode quickly and effectively so that your meter stays in optimum condition.
